RETURN & EXCHANGE

Cancellation

We accept the cancellation of the order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped

Returns (if applicable)

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
